1 oz dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Cream
Pour dark Creme de Caco into a 2oz pony glass. Float the cream on top by slowly pouring the cream over the back of a spoon, in a stream, into the glass. This should float on top and the two liquids should not mix. Garnish with a Cherry on a toothpick laid out across the rim of the glass.
