Angels Kiss



1 oz dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Cream

Pour dark Creme de Caco into a 2oz pony glass. Float the cream on top by slowly pouring the cream over the back of a spoon, in a stream, into the glass. This should float on top and the two liquids should not mix, otherwise it is wrong. Practice doing this and take your time until you have it down pat. Can be made as a shooter by using 1/2 oz of the cream and 1/2 oz of the Creme de Caco and poured into a tooter.
