Ingredients:

1 oz Jamaican Rum

1 oz Brandy

4 oz heavy Cream

1/4 oz Sugar syrup

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

1 1/2 oz Jamaican Rum
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 oz Lime juice
dash Angostura Bitters
7-Up

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the Rum, Kahlua, Lime juice and Bitters. Shake and strain into a collins glass. Add ice and top off with 7-Up.
