HORSES NECK

Ingredients:

2 oz blended Whiskey

Ginger Ale

1 Lemon, peeled

Peel Lemon in one strip and spiral so that it curves like a horse's neck.  Set peel aside.  Pour the blended Whiskey into a collins glass.  Add ice and then drop in the Lemon peel.  Top with  Ginger Ale.  Add a few drops of fresh Lemon juice by squeezing the Lemon.
