Midori Jello Shots

Midori Jello Shots


2 large boxes Lime Jello
1 packet unflavored Gelatin
1 fifth Midori Melon liqueur
1 cup water

Set the bottle of Melon liqueur into a saucepan half full of water. Loosen the cap on the bottle and then turn it up to high heat, checking the bottle constantly until it is warm to the touch.

At the same time, bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil. Stir the Jello and Gelatin into the boiling water, stirring rapidly until dissolved.

Once the Gelatins are dissolved, stir in hot midori. Pour mixture into a flat bottom pan and c cool, either by setting out or by placing in a refrigerator. When it is cooled, slice the Jellow into cubes or place in small cups for serving.
