Frozen Daquiri
2 oz Light Rum
1 1/2 oz Lime juice
1 tsp sugar
Fill blender with 4 oz of crushed ice. Add the ingredients and blend at low speeds until "snowy" in texture. Pour into a Champagne saucer.
