Butterscotch Collins

Butterscotch Collins


1 tsp Sugar
1 shot of water
1 1/2 oz Scotch
1/2 oz Drambuie
2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Soda

Dissolve the sugar in the water. Pour sugar water over ice in a Collins glass. Add the Scotch, Drambuie and Lemon juice. Stir and top off with soda. Garnish with a cherry or an orange slice.
