Rouffy Party Punch Cooler
1 liter Vodka
1 6oz can frozen Lemonade, concentrated
1 6oz can frozen Orange juice concentrate
1 cup water
7-Up
Defrost the Lemonade and Orange juice. In a large bowl, combine Vodka, Lemonade, Orange juice and water. Stir well and place into the freezer until all frozen. When ready to serve, use an ice cream scooper to serve the mix like ice cream. Scoop into highball glasses and top off with 7-Up. These are really fun at a beach outing or around the pool in the heat of the summer.
