Wassail Bowl
5 pints Beer (choose any kind you like)
4 glasses Sherry (your favorite brand)
2 2/3 cups of Brown Sugar
3 Lemon slices
1 tsp ground Ginger
6 small slices of toast

Heat the beer on low heat in a large pot. Stir in the sherry, sugar, lemon and ginger. Toast small slices of bread (do not butter!). Float the toast on the surface of the beer mixture. Pour into mugs and serve immediately while warm.
