Bourbon Old Fashioned
1 tsp Sugar
2 dashes bitters
1 tsp Water
3 oz Bourbon
Mix the sugar, bitters and waters in a rocks glass, muddling to make the sugar melt. Add a couple of ice cubes. Pour in the Bourbon. Twist a Lemon peel over the drink and then add as a garnish. Add a cherry and more ice if needed to fill the glass.
