Bourbon Daisy
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Southern Comfort
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Club Soda
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients except the club soda. Shake the mix and strain into a collins glass. Top with club soda (float on top) and garnish with a pineapple spear.
