Martini - Very Dry

Martini - Very Dry 


1 1/2 oz Gin
1/12 oz (approx) of dry Vermouth

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Vermouth.  Very little or almost no Vermouth is used; simply allow the Vermouth to touch the rim of the mixing glass.  Then add the Gin and stir.  Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with an olive.
