Renaissance Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz dry Sherry
1 tbsp Cream
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with a sprinkle of Nutmeg before serving.
