Sazerac

Sazerac




2 oz Bourbon
1 tsp superfine granulated Sugar
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 dashes Pernod

Pour Bourbon into a mixing glass. Add Sugar and Bitters. Stir until the Sugar is dissolved. Pour the Pernod into a rocks glass. Strain Bourbon mix into the glass over the Pernod. Fill with ice.
