Moonlight
2 1/2 oz Apple Brandy
3 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Sugar syrup
Club Soda
Fill a mixing glass with ice and all the ingredients except the Club Soda. Shake firmly and pour into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top it off with Club Soda. Do not stir again. Garnish with a fresh slice of Lemon.
