Dominican Coco Loco
1 1/2 oz light Rum
1/2 oz Amaretto
1 tsp Grenadine
1/2 oz Pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1 oz Coconut cream
Several dashes of cold milk
In a blender combine all ingredients with 3 oz of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and then pour into a goblet or large wineglass. Garnish with a Pineapple slice.
