Coffee Cooler
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz heavy Cream
4 oz iced Coffee
1/2 tsp sugar syrup
1 scoop Coffee Ice Cream
Whipped Cream (optional)
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add in all the ingredients except the ice cream. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass and drop in a few cubes of ice. Top off with a scoop of the ice cream or some whipped cream or both.
