Chablis Cooler
1 oz Vodka
1 tsp Grenadine
1/2 oz Lemon juice
dash Vanilla extract
3 oz California Chablis
Club soda
Put 4 icecubes in a Wineglass. Add the Vodka, Grenadine, Lemon juice and Vanilla. Pour over with the Chablis. Stir gently. Top off with club soda.
