Frozen Banana Daquiri
1 1/2 oz light Rum
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Banana liqueur
1/4 Banana, sliced
1 tsp sugar or honey
1/2 oz cream
Put 1/2 cup of crushed ice into a blender. Add all the ingredients and then whip at slow speed until creamy and smooth. Pour into an oversized Wine glass, a chilled Champagne glass or a sour glass. Garnish with a Lime slice.
