Polynesian Punch

Polynesian Punch


12 oz light Rum
12 oz dark Rum
6 oz Creme of Coconut
8 oz Sloe Gin
4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 qt + 1 pint unsweetened Pineapple juice
8 oz Lemon juice
8 oz chilled club soda

Put a large block of ice into a large punch bowl. Pour over with each of the ingredients except the club soda. Stir and garnish with thin slices of either Pineapples or Oranges. Refrigerate for one hour. Just before serving, pour over with the club soda and stir gently.
