1 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
chilled Champagne
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Bourbon, Lemon juice and sugar. Shake and strain into a chilled Champagne glass. Pour over with the chilled Champagne.
