Tom and Jerry

Tom and Jerry



1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Brandy
1 Egg
1/2 oz Sugar syrup
hot Milk or hot Water

Separate the Egg; beat the white and the yolk separately. Fold together and combine with Sugar syrup in a heat proof Mug. Slowly add the Dark Rum and Brandy. Beat the mixture thoroughly. Fill with the hot Milk or hot Water and garnish with ground Nutmeg before serving.
