Diamond Fizz
1 1/2 oz Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp powdered Sugar
chilled Champagne
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the first 3 ingredients. Shake and strain into a large wine glass. Add a few ice cubes and top off with the Champagne.
