Picon Sour

Picon Sour

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Amer Picon

1 1/2 oz sour mix

1/2 tsp sugar (if desired)

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients, including the sugar if desired.  Shake firmly and strain into a Sour glass filled with ice.
