2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 oz Club Soda
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add all the ingredients except the Club Soda. Shake and strain into a collins glass. Add ice and then top off with the Club Soda. Garnish with a sprig of Mint.
