Picon Fizz
1 1/2 oz Amer Picon
1 tbsp Grenadine
Club Soda, chilled
2 tbsp Cognac
Pour the Picon and Grenadine into a highball glass. Add 4 or 5 ice cubes and stir. Fill with chilled Club Soda and gloat the Cognac on top.
