Brandy Ice
1 1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz white Creme de Cacao
2 scoops of French Vanilla Ice Cream
2 oz shaved Ice
Shaved pieces of Chocolate
Combine all these ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and then pour into a large Brandy snifter. Garnish with shaved sweet Chocolate.
