East India Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 tsp light Rum
1/2 tsp Triple sec
1/2 tsp Pineapple juice
dash bitters
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ingredients. Shake and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of Lemon.
